Simplified Pad Thai with Fruit
A sweet and delicious take on Asian pad thai with noodles, apple and pear for a quick and original twist. Elevated with soy sauce and sugar.

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 30 g Sugar
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 20 ml Oil
- 0.5 piece Lime
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cook flour noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
Step 2
Peel and dice apple and pear. Mince garlic.
Step 3
Stir-fry garlic for 1 minute in a pan with oil. Add apple and pear, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, sugar and coconut milk. Toss for 2 minutes. Finish with lime juice.
