Shrimp Pad Thai
An easy and delicious Pad Thai made with rice noodles, shrimp, and sautéed vegetables. Authentic flavors in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice noodles
- 300 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 80 g Peanuts
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 piece Chili
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Chop the bell pepper, garlic, and chili into small pieces. Coarsely crush the peanuts.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan, cook the garlic and chili for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add the noodles and sauce, toss well for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve topped with peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
