Homemade Chicken and Carrot Pad Thai
A vibrant Asian favorite: stir-fried rice noodles with tender chicken, carrots, and a savory peanut-soy sauce. Ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrot
- 250 g Rice noodles
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut chicken and carrot into thin strips. Stir-fry chicken and garlic in oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add carrot and cooked noodles. Mix soy sauce and peanut butter with water, then pour over the noodles.
Step 4
Toss everything together for 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper and serve hot.
