Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 piece Egg
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Tamari (soy sauce)
- 1 piece Lime
- 50 g Crushed peanuts
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain, and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into julienne strips.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok, add the carrots, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Push the carrots to the side, crack the eggs into the wok, and scramble for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the spaghetti and tamari, toss well for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Plate the noodles, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with peanuts.
