Shrimp Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Shrimp
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 piece Lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
Step 2
Peel and finely mince the carrots and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and carrots, cook for 4-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
Step 5
Mix the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the cooked noodles.
Step 6
Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and serve.
