Glazed Orange with Sugar and Flour Caramel

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Oranges
- 150 g Sugar
- 40 g Flour
- 200 ml Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 g Salt
- 5 ml Vanilla
- 30 g Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the oranges and cook for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Step 2
Let cool and peel, removing all white pith. Reserve 2 oranges for juice.
Step 3
Prepare a caramel with 100g sugar in a dry pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook the flour in butter to create a golden paste.
Step 5
Pour the caramel over the flour mixture and deglaze with orange juice.
Step 6
Allow the caramel syrup to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Arrange the orange segments and generously coat with the hot syrup.
