Tuna and Olive Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Canned tuna
- 30 g Olives
- 40 g Gruyère shavings
- 15 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs and let them cook without stirring until the bottom begins to set.
Step 4
Drain the tuna and mix it with the chopped olives and Gruyère shavings.
Step 5
Add the filling to half of the omelet and fold it in half.
Step 6
Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately.
