Sweet Apple and Chocolate Omelette
A fluffy and airy omelette filled with caramelized apples and melting chocolate. An easy sweet breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Egg
- 1 piece Apple
- 40 g Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 25 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the apple into small dice. Sauté in butter in the pan with 1 tbsp sugar for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk vigorously until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add 10g fresh butter to the pan. Pour in the eggs and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Step 4
When the top begins to set, add the caramelized apples and chocolate broken into pieces in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
