Sweet Apple and Chocolate Omelette
A fluffy omelette filled with caramelized apples and melted chocolate: perfect for an indulgent brunch.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 30 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the apple thinly. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt 10g of butter and caramelize the apples with 15g of sugar. Set aside.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with milk and salt. In the skillet, melt the remaining butter.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the hot skillet. Cook for 3 minutes without stirring, then fold the omelette.
Step 5
Fill the omelette with caramelized apples and chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and serve hot.
