- 4 pieces Eggs
- 300 g Apples
- 30 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
Step 2
Melt 15g of butter in a skillet and cook the apples for 6-8 minutes, stirring, until lightly caramelized.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Add 15g of butter to the skillet and pour in the eggs, cook for 3-4 minutes while folding the omelette in half.
Step 5
Top with the caramelized apples and serve immediately.
