Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 2 piece Apple
- 40 g Butter
- 15 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the apples. Caramelize them in a pan with butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the whites into stiff peaks.
Step 3
Gently fold the yolks into the whipped whites. Add salt and honey.
Step 4
Cook the omelette in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes. Top with caramelized apples before folding.
