- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let cook without stirring until it begins to set.
