Chicken and Gruyère Omelette with Sautéed Potatoes
A hearty omelette filled with chicken and Gruyère, served with golden sautéed potatoes. A complete meal in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potato
- 150 g Cooked chicken
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 4 piece Egg
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cook them in a pan with 20g of butter for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt 20g of butter in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Add the chicken and Gruyère once the omelette starts to set.
Step 4
Fold the omelette in half while still slightly runny in the center. Serve with the sautéed potatoes.
