Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Omelet
A filled omelet with fresh eggs, pan-seared chicken, carrots, and potatoes. A simple, quick, and delicious dinner.

Ingredients
- 150 g Chicken
- 150 g Potato
- 100 g Carrot
- 4 piece Egg
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the potato and carrot. Dice the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt 10g of butter and sauté the potato, carrot, and chicken for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add 10g of butter to the skillet and pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and chicken.
Step 5
Let cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring until the omelet is golden.
