Potato, Cheese, and Herb Omelet
A hearty omelet loaded with golden potatoes and melting cheese. Perfect for dinner with a simple side.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 80 g Gruyère cheese
- 4 eggs Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- 10 ml Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes, then cook in a skillet with a little oil until golden.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs with the cooked potatoes.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
