Potato and Gruyère Omelette
A hearty French-style omelette filled with creamy potatoes and melting Gruyère cheese. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 80 g Gruyère
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small dice and cook them in a pan with a little butter for 7-8 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the eggs, let them set slightly for 30 seconds, then add the potatoes and shredded Gruyère.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half when it starts to set, cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
