Potato and Cheese Omelet
A generous omelet filled with sautéed potatoes and melting cheese. Light yet satisfying dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potato
- 4 piece Egg
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small dice.
Step 2
Sauté the potato dice in a skillet with a little oil for 8 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add butter to the skillet, pour in the beaten eggs over the potatoes, add the cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
