Penne Omelette with Olives

Ingredients
- 120 g Penne
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne al dente in a pot of salted water, then drain.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Add the penne and olives, sprinkle with sugar, then fold the omelette.
Step 6
Cook for 1 more minute and slide onto a plate.
