Rustic Potato and Cheese Omelette
A hearty omelette filled with crispy diced potatoes and melted Gruyère cheese. Ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and cook them in a skillet with butter until crispy (8 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, beat the eggs as for an omelette with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the eggs over the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Cook for 3-4 minutes, folding the omelette in half.
