- 4 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly with salt and pepper.

Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let cook for 30 seconds.
