Country-Style Omelette with Carrots and Ham
A generous French-style omelette filled with sautéed carrots, ham, and cheese. Quick, protein-packed, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small dice and the ham into pieces. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots in a skillet with 10g of butter for 5 minutes. Add the ham.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add 10g of butter to the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs when the butter is foaming.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Gruyère and the ham-carrot mixture, cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until the omelette is soft in the center. Fold and serve.
