- 4 piece Egg
- 150 g Chicken
- 100 g Carrot
- 50 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken and carrot into small dice.
Step 2
Cook the chicken and carrot in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the eggs into the pan with the chicken and carrots, stirring gently.
Step 5
