- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Potatoes
- 80 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Heat the butter in a pan and cook the potatoes for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, then beat them.
