Country-Style Omelette
A hearty omelette filled with potatoes, ham and cheese. Simple, quick and delicious for dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Potatoes
- 80 g Ham
- 50 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the peeled and diced potatoes in a skillet with a little butter for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the ham and add it to the potatoes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a whisk with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet with the vegetables.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with grated Gruyère. Let rest for 1 minute and serve.
