Ham and Apple Omelet with Gruyère
A generous and indulgent omelet filled with crispy ham and caramelized apples, topped with melted Gruyère cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 200 g Apples
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham into small pieces and peel the apples, then cut them into thin matchsticks.
Step 2
Heat 10g of butter in a pan and cook the apples for 4-5 minutes until tender. Set aside.
Step 3
Brown the ham in the same pan for 2 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add 20g of butter to the hot pan.
Step 5
Pour in the eggs and stir gently. When they begin to set, add the ham, apples, and grated Gruyère in the center.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate. Serve immediately.
