Ham and Pasta Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Cooked pasta
- 80 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the pan, then pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Add the pasta and ham to one half of the omelet when it begins to set.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate. Serve hot.
