Ham and Parmesan Omelette with Cabbage
A hearty omelette filled with ham, Parmesan, and sautéed cabbage, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 150 g Cabbage
- 40 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into strips and the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the cabbage in a skillet with oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the ham and cook 2 minutes more.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs in the center. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, fold the omelette in half, and serve.
