- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into small cubes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk. Add salt, pepper, and parmesan.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
