- 3 piece Eggs
- 60 g Ham
- 30 g Grated Parmesan
- 15 g Butter
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.

Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and immediately add the ham and Parmesan.
