Ham and Parmesan Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 100 g Ham
- 40 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat vigorously with a whisk, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the Parmesan.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring, then add the ham and Parmesan in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate, serve immediately.
