Ham and Olive Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Olives
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into small dice and pit the olives.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let them set slightly, then add the ham and olives in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate.
