Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Toast the bread in a pan over medium heat. Set aside.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
When the eggs begin to set, add the ham and Gruyère. Fold the omelette in half.
