French-Style Ham, Cheese and Potato Omelet
A generous, golden omelet filled with sautéed potatoes, ham, and melted cheese. A true French classic ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Grated cheese
- 250 g Potatoes
- 40 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into small cubes and sauté in a pan with oil for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with a fork, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the pan, add the beaten eggs. When the omelet begins to set, add the ham, cheese, and sautéed potatoes.
Step 4
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately, golden brown.
