- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Dice the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs.
