Ham and Cheese Omelette with Sautéed Carrots
A generous omelette filled with ham and Gruyère, served with sautéed carrots. Perfect for dinner in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 150 g Carrot
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into thin sticks and sauté them in a skillet with 15g of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt 25g of butter in the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the omelette starts to set, add diced ham and grated Gruyère in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve with the sautéed carrots.
