- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham, carrots, and broccoli into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes in a pan with butter.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.

Add ham and grated Gruyère to the cooked vegetables.
