Ham and Cheese Omelet with Golden Toast

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 3 slice Bread
- 40 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- 100 g Tomato
- 50 g Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with salt, pepper, and a little water. Chop the ham and cheese.
Step 2
Toast the bread slices in the oven or in a skillet with a little butter until golden.
Step 3
Melt 20g of butter in the skillet and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, add the ham and Gruyère to one half.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve with the golden toast.
