Ham, Cheese, and Carrot Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 50 g Carrot
- 15 g Butter
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the carrot finely and cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the eggs start to set, arrange the ham, carrot, and grated cheese on one half.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
