Ham and Cheese Omelette with Carrots
A generous omelette filled with ham and cheese, served with sautéed carrots. Ready in 15 minutes for a light and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Cheese
- 100 g Carrot
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the carrot and dice the ham. Grate the cheese.
Step 2
In a skillet with a little butter, sauté the carrot for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet with the carrots and ham.
Step 4
When the omelette starts to set, sprinkle with cheese and fold. Serve immediately.
