Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Omelette
A protein-packed and generous omelette with ham, a blend of cheeses and lightly sautéed broccoli. Perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Shredded Gruyère
- 20 g Parmesan
- 150 g Broccoli
- 25 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets and cook in a skillet with a little butter for 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt butter in the skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
Once the omelette begins to set, add the chopped ham, broccoli and shredded cheeses to one half.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
