Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Omelet
A hearty omelet filled with ham, broccoli, and Gruyère. Ready in 15 minutes, perfect for a light dinner or brunch.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Broccoli
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook them in a skillet with a little butter for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk lightly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the skillet. Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the cooked broccoli, chopped ham, and grated Gruyère to one half of the omelet.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half when it's half-set. Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
