Ham and Cheese Omelet
A light and indulgent omelet filled with crispy ham and melted Gruyère. Perfect for dinner in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 2
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Sprinkle the ham and Gruyère over one half of the omelet.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half while still slightly runny in the center.
Step 7
Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
