Ham and Cheese Omelette with Toasted Bread

- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 slice Bread
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the bread slices in a pan or oven. Chop the ham and Gruyère into small pieces.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs, cook for 2 minutes. Add ham and cheese, fold the omelette in half after 3-4 minutes of cooking.
Step 4
