Ham and Cheese Omelette with Crispy Sautéed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 eggs Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Cheese
- 300 g Potatoes
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and the ham into strips.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and brown the potatoes for 10 minutes. Season and set aside.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a whisk, add the grated cheese, ham, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the omelette is set. Fold in half and serve with the potatoes.
