Ham and Cheese Omelet with Sautéed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Cheese
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into small dice and sauté in oil in a pan until golden brown.
Step 2
Dice the ham and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper using a whisk.
Step 4
Melt butter in a pan, pour in eggs and stir gently.
Step 5
When the omelet starts to set, add ham and cheese in the center.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately with sautéed potatoes.
