Ham and Cheese Omelet with Apples

Ingredients
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Cheese
- 1 piece Apple
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the apples thinly and sauté in a pan with butter until caramelized (5 minutes).
Step 2
Remove the apples and set aside. Add the remaining butter to the pan.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Fill half the omelet with ham, cheese, and apples. Fold and serve.
