Ham and Cheese Omelet with Vegetables
A hearty omelet filled with ham, cheese, and sautéed vegetables. A quick and satisfying classic for dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in the pan with a little butter for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Pour the eggs into the pan with the vegetables, add the ham and cheese.
Step 5
Cook until the omelet is just slightly runny in the center, fold and serve.
