Ham and Cheese Omelet with Vegetables

- 4 piece Egg
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Cheese
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Broccoli
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the carrots into small pieces, cut the broccoli into small florets, and dice the ham. Grate the cheese.

Sauté the carrots and broccoli in a skillet with butter for 3 minutes.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Add the ham and mix.
Step 4
Pour the eggs into the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes, gently lifting the edges as it cooks.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese, fold the omelet, and serve immediately.
