Ham and Cheese Omelet with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 6 piece Egg
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Cheese
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Broccoli
- 20 g Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the broccoli and carrots in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a medium-heat skillet. Pour in the eggs and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Add the ham, cheese, broccoli, and carrots to one half. Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
