Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Carrots
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the carrots. Cut the ham into small dice.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add carrots, ham, and cheese.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan. Pour in the mixture and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
